Polo est dégouté ! Il déménage pour suivre sa maman médecin dans un hôpital de campagne. Dès lors il n'a qu'un objectif : dé-déménager pour rentrer chez lui à la Grande Ville. Sa rencontre avec Juliette va perturber son plan. Elle vit également à l’hôpital mais pour une autre raison : elle a un crapaud dans le coeur.
Polo leaves the Big City and moves above the hospital where his mother has been transferred for work. All Polo can think about is moving back home. But his new friendship with Juliette makes him reconsider. Juliette lives at the hospital too, but for a very different reason: she has a toad in her heart.
