Sous la pleine lune, un village au bord du Nil retient son souffle. Une créature, mi chien mi dieu, rôde dans les rues désertes. Alors que tout s’éteint sur son passage, une dernière lueur persiste au bord du fleuve : une musicienne joue de la flûte. La rencontre est inévitable
The full moon rises over a village on the banks of the Nile. A stray dog, half jackal, half god, roams the streets in search of a soul to take away. The dog god then spots an old musician playing the flute by a fire. Will the musician manage to charm the dog god with his music?

Passionnés par l’image et la narration, Pascal Giraud et Julien Regnard, formés aux Beaux‑Arts et à La Cambre, travaillent autant en tant que réalisateurs que comme accompagnateurs artistiques. Pascal, spécialiste de recherche visuelle et de gravure, a co-réalisé La Nuit de l’Ours et dirige le compositing du long Sirocco. Julien, reconnu pour ses courts primés et ses longs chez Cartoon Saloon, finalise actuellement un nouveau projet. Leur collaboration mêle créativité, rigueur et une profonde sensibilité artistique.
Passionate about imagery and storytelling, Pascal Giraud and JulienRegnard, trained at the Beaux‑Arts and La Cambre, work both as directors and artistic mentors. Pascal, a specialist in visual research and engraving, co-directed La Nuit de l’Ours and directs the compositing of the feature Sirocco. Julien, known for his award-winning shorts and feature works at Cartoon Saloon, is currently finishing a new project. Their collaboration combines creativity, rigor, and deep artistic sensitivity.
